What would be the impact of online sales tax? This is the question one blogger asked and answered by giving both sides to the argument on his blog “The Impact of online sales tax”. According to the blog internet sales tax would increase revenue for states, which would help pay for the salaries of many state workers. This is a great outcome since most states are struggling to pay for services, bills and employees, but is the tax regressive. Taxes are only good when they are imposed on those who are well off not those who are already suffering.
The reason I picked this blog is because I was interested in the use of internet sales tax. I wanted to know what it was all about and why the state of California is just talking about it now. Also, I wanted to find out if it was beneficial or would hurt our fragile economy.
Based on the information given this blog would fit under internet concepts as an implication.
